It’s our Holiday Guide

By Regina Connell.

It’s that time of year again. Tinsel! Plastic! Polyester! Malls! Grandma! Her Reindeer! Aren’t you thrilled?

Well, obviously there’s a better way, and it starts with Handful of Salt’s All Things Artisanal for the Holidays. Because shouldn’t giving be about honoring your relationships with something heartfelt and soulful and rare?

Lotta Helleberg's Indigo Dyed Notebooks

Within the pages of the guide, you’ll find (among so many things) Barcode art from Marcia Stuermer, a Narwhal necklace from Sharon Zimmerman, and a bitters making kit from Dutch’s Spirits. Or how about a genius wine rack from Cliff Spencer Furniture, a marmalade from Josephine’s Feast that will make your toes curl, or a personal talisman (to ward off those evil mall spirits) from Bixie Studios?

As we did last year, we’ve brought together the picks of some of our favorite retailers (Artful Home, Forage Modern Workshop, and Peace Industry) along with one of our favorite literal tastemakers, Yummy Supper‘s Erin Scott.

So pull up a chair, curl up by the fire, lay out there on your lounger (you lucky Aussies, Kiwis, Southern Californians and Floridians) and flip through our inspiration book. And yes, you may find a few things for yourself, too. You deserve it.
PS. If you have a super-long list, you may want to click on over to All Things Artisanal for even more artisanal goodness and inspiration.
